Absolutely love our new carpets! Eastern Flooring did a fantastic job and we're so happy with the way things look, and feel! The carpet is super soft and just what we wanted.The team were really helpful when we had some complications with timing because of our settlement date changing, and then again because of a delay in the delivery of the actual carpet from the supplier. The team kept us informed and up-to-date, and were able to fit in our installation date around some tight timing, and were so helpful the entire time.The installer was really friendly, so helpful and clear - and thank you especially for letting us know about the acoustic underlay that the pervious owners had installed, we'd never have known otherwise, and now we feel like we've gotten an extra luxury bonus feature! With that and the soft underlay we'd bought, the floor is just so soft and glorious to walk on.

Marty has been extremely helpful, informative and knowledgeable about all the flooring products available in store and in how the product works in the home. Marty's service has been exceptional and we are thrilled with the outcome of our engineered timber floor. We would highly recommend Eastern Flooring Centre, (Marty in particular) for their excellent quality of products, brilliant customer service, stock availability and reasonable prices. We have also been most impressed with the professional and well laid out displays of flooring in the showroom which made our decision and selection a lot easier. Albert did an amazing job handling my project. Explained everything in detail and responded to all my questions and clarified everything. Also the layers did an amazing job doing the works. All very skilled and experienced and know what they're doing. Overall I am very happy with the experience and the end product.

Extremely disappointing after-sales service.We had our whole house (40sq+) done in April 21 with Glued-down Engineered Timber (Oak). There were numerous large spots where the glue had failed/voids under the timber – causing movement and cracking noises whenever we walk on it.Fast forward 19 months (Nov 22) and many emails/calls later, we are still getting excuses while the voids are still present. We’ve been very patient and understanding throughout this difficult Covid period however 19 months to rectify what I’ve been told is a few hours work – is very disappointing.Edit: it's been 6 months since this review and there hasn't been a single point of contact. Looks like they aren't interested in keeping customers happy.

We engaged Eastern Flooring Centre to lay carpet in 3 of our upstairs bedrooms. The team were prompt in their quoting, providing various options and costings.Eastern Flooring Centre were very accommodating in scheduling our job as it was being completed at the end of a number of renovations. They were always polite and responsive in all my dealings.The quality of their products is brilliant and we are extremely happy with the carpet we have laid.The installation process was seamless! Beau arrived on time and worked tirelessly from start to finish. He was polite and engaging throughout the installation and the finished product looks spectacular.I would not hesitate in recommending Eastern Flooring Centre.

I just had my floor boards which I purchased from Eastern Flooring and had them installed by them. I can't express enough how happy I am with the floor boards. I made the right choice and I love them. My cat is very unhappy cause he can't scratch anymore. Lol. Mercifully I had an old carpet so I let him play with it. The workmanship on the floor boards was excellent and would recommend anyone.

After visiting the larger flooring outlets I was a little disillusioned to find that most of them were simply salespeople, with little experience or expertise in the product they were selling. I already knew exactly what I wanted and didn't need that hard sell. Shane and his team were introduced to me by the supplier and it was immediately evident that they knew what they were talking about. They were able to supply the product I wanted at a competitive price and install it in the timelines to work into my kitchen renovation. When there was an unforeseen issue with the layers availability Shane cared so much about his service that he jumped back onto the tools himself to keep the project on track. If you're looking for great product, service and competitive pricing don't hesitate to give Shane a call.My only issue right now is that people keep complimenting me on the floor and not the new kitchen!

Reasonable price, Wonderful communication, very helpful and great service. What else we need. I wish to give 100 stars but google have just 5 stars.Shane was very co-operative from start to end. He came up with a wonderful design and suggested best products.Installation was smooth and quick.I would recommend Eastern Flooring to everyone. Shane is awsome. If you’re after amazing service, product and price, then look no further!Shane and his team are unbeatable.From the moment I walked in, I was just so impressed with them.I’m one of those really painful customers that’s fussy and indecisive and Shane was so helpful (and patient!) in helping me make my decision.I went in to purchase floorboards and ended up purchasing floorboards and carpet... And I’ll be back for their curtains too!Don’t waste your time shopping around... Their service, price and expertise can’t be beaten!
