I recently had the pleasure with Alice and Chris, and I must say it exceeded my expectations.Budget friendly and easy to touch. If you're looking for someone help you build a new house , Alice is definitely worth considering.

We’ve got our house done on last November and during the time with Wecorp, we are more than happy with the site Manager Rod. He is more than appreciated by us, who is such a reliable and responsible manager. He always get back to us asap whatever we asked and always thinking for our good. He is professional and experienced which we could rely on , he always gives us the best suggestions and support. During the time of building the house, we were so pleasant to work with him.Even after we’ve handed over the house, he still not “off line”, still helping us with our problems and always checking with us until the problems solved. We are lucky having him.

Alice has been extremely helpful all the way through the build from sussing out the contract to making sure we get the house on time. Chris was our construction manager and has been super accommodating to our requests the entire build. Both have worked super hard, answered constant calls and texts from us and were more than happy to help with our requests. Highly recommend this company and the people working here.

I have contracted to Wecorp sites for the last 6 months and have been very impressed with the quality and finish of builds. I've experienced great communication from supervisors Rod and Chris and have found the jobs well organised. Health and safety are priority at all sites. Would highly recommend.

We are impressed by this team's work. Alice and Chris have been very helpful on the consultation and construction stage respectively. They are very patient and made communications with us in the professional manner. We always got the reply text messages / emails after hours, even over the weekend. Also, we were huge happy with the construcion process especially in this volatile and struggling construction market. we would choose Wecop if we build the next house in the future. We built our house with WeCorp in 2022.Dreaming owning a house of features we love, we demanded high degree of customization.They help to manage all the complexities within budget, surprisingly, especially in 2022.The most important factor I give 5 is, the result being deeply satisfying.And we feel especially grateful to our site supervisor Rod,for his responsiveness, supportive to make the progress smooth.

I was unfortunate to have them build a on neighbouring lot. Normally its courtesy for a builder to send a letter a to neighbouring lot owner to ask permission to access a neighbouring lot to build, which obviously isn't a WeCorp process. Main issue is they cut their site lower and there now needs to be a retaining wall between boundaries (in order for fencing) which their Site Supervisor obviously didn't tell their client and had months to do so before handover. Tried contacting Wecorp and spoke to the most rude and arrogant grub who was a complete smart ar$e and too lazy to pass on details to their client. Guess their client is going to love their alfresco and the side of their house getting flooded during raining days or when its nice and sunny, they can sit outside and enjoy the air from the outdoor air-conditioning unit and the lovely humming from heat pump hotwater system because there is no fence or even a retaining wall to put that fence on.

Appreciate Alice's exceptional service for our custome bulding.From the beginning about 1.5 year ago, Alice is alwasys willing to address our needs and rapidly respond. We have a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommened.
