Upon our initial contact via phone with Michael, he spent a lengthy amount of time explaining everything about glass to me, something which no other place I’d contacted did. A month later when we were ready for our splashback to be made, again Michael’s friendly nature made us very comfortable in having him do the job. Michael’s Service was prompt, honest and thorough even offering us advice on having fireproof plaster behind the oven as this was something our plasterers didn’t alert us to. Within the first 10 mins of consultation, Michael helped us choose the colour we wanted and made us feel at ease with the process. I cannot speak highly enough of Michael and the team as I had an unusual problem when a dishonesttradesman that quoted and measured my kitchen and took money upfront ( I know I am silly) decided that he was not going to finish the Job and only offered me $200 refund for installation so I had my splashback against the wall with no one to install.A friend of Michael’s who read my plea for help on a social page for tradies and forwarded him my message and he contacted me on messenger and advised that although they only do Jobs that they measure themselves he wanted to help me. As it was a long weekend and we spoke on Saturday he organised for someone to install it on Tuesday. Not only that but he also came to help and when I offered to pay extra as he also came a long way he declined.Michael has restored my faith and belief that good kind people still exist and it’s not all about the money,He is a man of integrity and compassion that comes extremely highly recommended.Thank you again Michael….
