Russ and Steve are absolutely amazing blokes and always have a smile on their faces!! My 6 months of knowing them and having them service my interlock was a blast! Always had a laugh and good joke with them while there for the ten minutes it tookThank you both for taking such good care of me and my car appreciate all you guys do!

Russell and Steve run a very smooth operation at BDA, I don't have a bad word to say about the service I received.They were both so kind to me in a very difficult time.Each interaction was efficient and friendly, they really are top blokes!After 9 months with my interlock I am finally free to move forward from that chapter of my life, thank you Russ and Steve for streamlining the process - superstars!If you're in need of an interlock I highly recommend giving BDA a call, they'll sort you out :)

Having an interlock installed into my car due to a low grade drink driving offence was humiliating, embarassing and confronting. Russel and Steve were so professional and clearly very aware of how this process impacts their clients...emotionally, financially and practically. They never once made me feel judged, just got on with things as you just have to do.

The team at BDA are easy going, friendly and accommodating.Hope never to have to use them again. I mean, they sell and install interlocks. But if you need one installed and serviced I can highly recommend them.

Russell and Steve are amazing. Always so friendly, helpful and accommodating. They don't judge this helps As we have all made mistakes we are not proud of. They are knowlegeable, take time, genuinely care and it is run so well. Moved twice during my term, wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks
