If I rate 0 stars If I could. My mother's Dr referred her here for a stress test before the date of the booking she was admitted to emergency hospital, after she was discharged I called up before the date and cancelled because her Dr recommended not to go through with the test so soon. After the persistent receptionist called and booked her in when she already had a later date for the stress test at the hospital for aspecified reason. After she told the practitioner aswell he still followed through. After this pathology were pushy and went ahead with it, she has been having terrible stomach pain from that. Seems like they put money first over a patients health.

Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else, receptionists couldn't care less about patients, over the phone or in person they are just bad at their job.Technician, nurses and doctors were ok, the issue is you have to deal with cold blooded people at the reception desk to get anywhere.

Bulk billing cardiology practice, too good to be true. Lovely staff and very experienced doctors team.

Disgusting service and totally lacking empathy. Sam on the phone was just horrible and no consideration at ALL for someone about to have major organ removal surgery in two day's time. Sam's failure to realise that she represents the business was staggering, with responses like, Well no one told me" and "That's not my fault". Talked right over the top of me until I had no choice but to hang up in frustration. Shame on you Sam and shame on C&VDC if you continue to employ someone so callous."

I had an appointment here this morning for an ECG and echocardiography. The admin staff were friendly as was the person performing the examinations. Was in-and-out in 45 mins at no charge which was a nice surprise (I wasn't aware it was bulk-billed when my Dr referred me). I definitely recommend this practice.

Dr's and ECG person were OK but very lacking empathy, reception staff are the worst I ever experienced during both visit they were not only rude and uncaring but one sat talking on the phone about personal stuff the whole time I was there for the second long appointment.

Absolutely disgusting and revolting service over the phone from JESS. Sounds like a immature little girl working the front desk. Get new reception because this looks so bad for your business. She hung up on me then disengaged the phone so I couldn’t call back even the nurse from my doctors practise was trying to call but couldn’t get in contact. Patients with heart problems don’t need to be dealing with emotional receptions who can’t do their job. The other reviews on here aren’t good either. Only got sent here because of my doctor but wouldn’t willingly go if I was by myself. Cardiologists here are amazing though and saved my loved ones life this one time so thanks for that

Doctors and staff are all fantastic, great care, very friendly. Reception staff are always polite and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Very nice reception staff, very welcoming. The doctors are very thorough and accommodating to your needs and I highly recommend them. They were fantastic with my daughter and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
