Very disappointed, got a rooster roll and wasn’t heated went back and brought another asked for it to be heated and they sizzled it and was very rude.

I ordered 12 corn wheels and waited 21 minutes? Employees swearing in the background and dead flies under the table. Would of gave it 1 star but the young lady offered me free chips for waiting so long but I kindly refused. The corn wheels tasted horrible but maybe a ordered on a bad night? I might give the one more shot down the road?

A true let down to anyone who's ever eaten at a normal red rooster. I've tried to order the Hot Honey 4 times now and only gotten an adequate meal 1 of the 4 times. This time I waited for 5 minutes while being completely ignored by the staff then finally gave up to run some other errands. When I drove back the siren song of that sweet hot honey chicken led me to foolishly try again. This time a vapid, dead-eyed girl shuffled out and stood in front of the counter wordlessly. No greeting, no asking what I wanted. So I asked for a hot honey combo. She entered a fried chicken combo. I sad no, I want the hot honey combo, she told me she couldn't enter that in the till but she could ask the kitchen to put the sauce on. I watched the completely not honeyed, nor hot sauced chicken sitting on the counter before this brain dead parody of a service worker managed to put it in a bag and wordlessly shoved it my way. I love Red Rooster but it's a shame I can only eat it in Perth as the Albany Franchise is so far below the other stores. The owner of this franchise should be truly ashamed at how his store works and the calibre of staff he's managing.

Ordered a quarter chicken and chips, speaker box in drive-thru STILL doesn't work properly, waited nearly 15 minutes for meal, get home and was given a $5 lunch deal. Box is as long as a teaspoon, only had 15 soggy chips and a tiny dry drumstick.

I normally avoid junk and unhealthy meals. Though lot of people eat here. A personal choice what you do with your health.
