They had run out of Pineapple, but didn't mention when I ordered Summer Sunset (meant to have Pineapple), nor when order was served. When questioned why there was no Pineapple- they just bluntly explained they had run out - no apology.Nice outdoor area out the back lit by fairy lights that was less busy than indoor area, but still had music.

By far the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. There are 2 staff responsible. Both the tall solid set employees, one male and one female. Neither seemed interested in the business aspect, nor capable of communicating professionally. It’s really unfortunate the atmosphere to dine in was so awful due to the unhappy, sassy, just want to finish already faces from the 2 staff.Walking in for a bite after travelling all day for work. Placed order to dine-in at 2102. Male server was extremely disinterested. Same server then spoke to female staff member, same female staff member then loudly said ‘we are shutting at 2130, I don’t care if people are still eating’. At 2109 the male server went to the front door and flipped the open sign to closed and appeared to lock the door. We were left feeling like we had to scoff our food. Such a shame to have thorns in your crew, good luck on managing these people. Seriously.The food was delicious, such a shame, could of been a 5 star review.

We love Grill’d but the amount of times this restaurant has got our order wrong when we’ve placed for take away. Last night it was my friends bday and she wanted Grill’d. We’re both vegan and ordered the garden goodness made vegan. One burger came with the impossible patty (not vegan) and the other burger came with non vegan cheese. She also got given normal fries instead of sweet potato. And my other friend got the normal garden goodness but ended up with the impossible burger and vegan cheese. Very frustrating when we get all the way down to the strand to have 3 incorrect burgers.

4 visits with 4 below expected service outcomes.1, on a night with few customers, ordered food take away and walked outside to sit at their table, food is ready and placed on counter not brought out to me.2, ordered in person and thought the order was over priced, while seated waiting for order continued to go online and place the same order to find it a few dollars cheaper, question staff and explain what I had just noticed. Staff unable to comprehend the situation.3. Walk in with 20 minutes till close to be told kitchen is closed, will not take order.4. Ordered food takeaway another none busy night, sat at one of the tables inside, only 5 metres from counter, order was not called. Order was placed on shelf and not until 30 minutes of waiting I question the staff about the order, to be taken off the shelf, handed to me without any type of apology.Grill'd has amazing food though Palmer Street Townsville gives them a bad image.

A mistake is understandable, but these guys managed to bring all of our 5 orders wrong.It took more than an hour to sort our orders and communication was terrible. The manager didn’t even apologise and when tried to talk to her she ignored us.(Palmer street restaurant)

Food here is consistently good. Service a bit slower than usual this evening. Staff nice but took a good while to get served. Had to order at the counter as the Grilled App would not work.

Amazing staff and food! Really happy that they have many vegetarian burger options and a deal for two on Mondays I think. Zucchini fries are the best here!

Apart from stale bun and the burnt meat the lettuce and tomato was nice after a long drive. Was happy to get through it without breaking my teeth.

Dropped by here at about 8.30pm on a Sunday night. Most places around were closed so didn’t have many options. Asked for one time removed from the burger , server confirmed but then it was in the burger anyway. Advised of an allergy and was told it could be accommodated, only for the allergen to be obviously on the burger. Also ordered some chips. They had a nice rosemary (?) salt seasoning but the chips were badly cooked and I left most uneaten (and didn’t eat the burger due to my allergy). Had take away so couldn’t be bother to go back. Also the burger and chips were over $20. Seemed overpriced.
