The BEST nail salon ever! My shellac lasts so long and the people are so nice

We walked in for new SNS and acrylics and were told to come back in 30 minutes. We did and then we were left waiting for over an hour. About 30 minutes in they put acetone on my SNS and then left to do other clients again. Another 30 minutes went by and still no service. A total waste of an hour and a half. I would not recommend this place at all. Very poor service.

This place is terrible. I had acrylics put on 8 days ago and all but 3 have come off. They also cut 2 of my fingers which wouldn’t stop bleeding. Expensive and a waste of time and money.

Went for a shellac pedicure and asked for a square shape, they honestly looked better before. The paint is really thick and the shape is completely off. Service was fine but really disappointed with the quality.

Travelled an hour with my daughter and niece to make an afternoon out. Amazing service, very professional staff, clean and tidy salon. Would definitely make the trip again. Highly recommend.

They Cut 2 of my girls blood coming to our and didn’t even apologise . I asked for SNS and they put acrylic claiming that acrylic better than SNS.$215 when asked what I was paying for they guy got very defensive!!!Awful service never going back!!!!

I walk past this business everyday as I have a business close by. I thought to myself why not so I took myself and my daughter to get our nails done today. I have never actually had my nails done before all I wanted was a manicure and a repaint nothing over the top. OMG the girls didn't even take my nail polish off properly for what I had on previously, the paint job is just terrible I could have done a better job myself. The girls in there seem nice but do nothing but talk in their own language and speak horrible things about the clients. I would not recommend this business.

My first review and unfortunately it’s not a positive one... really annoyed with the bad service I received today! This was the second time I had visited this business, the first well, I was happy with my nails but, very unfriendly staff... was willing to give it another try but alas even worse! I was going to have an SNS manicure today... as I sat waiting with foil and acetone on my nails, two other people came in for pedicures without appointments like myself... the two people started having their treatments... five customers in total with three staff... I understand that you want to get customers in the seat and get money... but, I sat there for over forty minutes with the acetone turning the skin on my finger tips white!I ended up taking the foil off my own nails... getting up and walked out!! I don’t recommend this place at all!!! staff are rude and very slow... I have had my nails done for over 6 years... never have I ever been to such a bad nail salon!

i have been here many times usually for just a paint and manicure/pedicure. the quality of the treatments were fantastic and the shellac polish lasted 2 weeks without chipping off. the staff are friendly and can understand you well. they follow exactly what you ask for and charge the right amount of money at the end. however, if you have somewhere to be, call in and book an appointment as they can keep you waiting for up to 45 minutes before they start working on you. i will definitely go back here, they did a great job
