Ella Baché Newmarket

It wasn’t myself who went, it was my mother and she had a facial and brow waxing and tint. She loved the experience. Thank you all for making my mum feel so special.

So disappointed with the service at Elle Bache Newmarket today. I had booked a 2 hour package as a treat for my 60th birthday. I arrived 10 minutes early so I wasn't late for my appointment and checked in with reception. No mention of a delay in my appointment time.When someone finally returned the reception area, ten minutes AFTER my appointment time, I let them know I had to be somewhere after I finished with them and was told it would be just e few more minutes.Almost 20 minutes after my appointment time, the therapist finally came out with no apology for the delay, and no sign of another client she had been with. By this time, it was to late for me to stay for 2 hours. So I told them I had to leave. and thanks for ruining my birthday.No follow up from the salon after I left.Needless to say I won't be going back there ever again and thanks again for ruining my 60th birthday!

Have just had my eye lashes done today by Ryan and I could not be happier! They look so natural, and the staff are lovely :)

Wow!! My 12 year old came for her first time wax of her legs, underarms and face, and we were so incredibly impressed with the service and quality. They are indeed very professional and made it such a wonderful experience. I only wish I had come sooner. Her legs are incredibly smooth and soft and no irritation at all. Their cleanliness is outstanding and their products are amazing. Lorella was incredibly gentle and I can't rate the salon high enough. Can't wait go go back!

I had really high expectations going in for my manicure and pedicure after hearing that the therapist are well trained unlike some other places you go for this service!I was told I had to book in for the manicure and not just gel removal and new gel applied as they had to do proper nail prepping, what I got was an unpleasant rough filing of my nails leaving a lot of the old gel still on my nails before they were re-painted, for the pedicure they scrubbed my feet so hard the skin on the bottom and side of my feet has been taking off leaving them sore and burning.. my nails and cuticles are still sore and red today, not to mention the actual nail polish job not clean on my nails but all over the edges of my fingers that I had to clip off when I got home.. not worth $175. SUPER DISAPPOINTED.

I received the Rejuvenate Package for my birthday and I was overwhelmed by the great service they provided me. I felt super refreshed and relaxed from the treatment ,and would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

I was up in Brisbane visiting family so decided to treat myself! Super happy with the service and treatment provided! Would recommend & visit again on my next trip.
