Tucked away, had trouble finding the place, could do with more signage. A bit disorganised at the counter. A large venue that could be utilising the space to their advantage - party rooms would be ideal

Paid for a platinum birthday package which included helium balloons, got no balloons. The hot party food platters were minimal and came out burnt or cold. The free birthday gift was just an extra lolly bag. Was not worth the money I paid for but others had it way worse who also paid for platinum and got no food. It was like they had no idea what they were doing or understaffed and poor communication

Positive note kids had fun!!Crowded, dirty, went to sit down with my family, 5minutes in and asked to move as there was a party, moved to another area but also told to move. No seating available, had to squeeze next to another family near the entrance. Crowded with people, there has to be a max of people allowed in surely. If there was an evacuation it would be chaos and dangerous. I get you might be understaffed but if this is the case put a max on the entrance or close the doors. Won't be back.

Was okay! But $28 for two children under the age of 10 to play was Way too expensive. Each Jumping castle were pretty much the same as the next jumping castle. More variety would of been better. Staff were “okay”with their friendliness but a lot of younger teenage kids who needed to address their appearance more. I found it a little bit feral. Wouldn’t go again in a hurry.

Grandbabies had a lot of fun playing on equipmentFood & drinks are reasonably pricedHowever,5 minutes after arriving we cleaned 3 tables to sit at then got asked to move near the doorPlace is very dirty & messyWater bubbler didn't workSmoking area is right outside the entranceThere's exposed cords everywhereEasy to trip overIt's very hot & stuffy insideWill not be coming back

Had a work function there, had hired the site exclusively for this.Was great for the adults and kids to play, staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating to make the whole process as smooth as possible. Will be back again
