Very happy with the service from Brad sanded and renewed our deck after 5 years of neglect and it's almost looking brand new again. Was very impressed with brads service returned calls and was prompt with quote and turned up when he said he would.Brad actually values his customers! I had tried 3 different people before finding Brad who were either not interested in quoting or came and measured and never sent a quote despite following up numerous times.

While other floor sanders didn't even respond to our enquiry, Brad was very responsive and talk us through the entire process. Showed up exactly on time with his apprentice and did a great job. They even came all the way to Newcastle, and the price was affordable.

What an amazing job Brad and his team did with our floors!They have come up like new and have completely refreshed the whole place. Brad was professional and communicated well throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend!!

We hired Brad and his team to sand and polish our floorboards. They came up better than expected - especially a few areas we thought might be too damaged! Brad was really helpful on the phone explaining things prior to starting, a great communicator during and did an amazing job.

Moved in to our Lake Macquarie home in Feb & have been dealing with all types of tradies for bathroom , kitchen & building works. Have had so many issues, delays, cancellations, & no shows. I called Brad from Central Coast Sanding as two others didn't show & was so refreshing to get amazing service. He was prompt to quote & even though I had to postpone his job 4 times, thanks to Builders not completing their job in time, he was so understanding & accepting. Finally got here today at 7am, completed sanding & first coat & returning tomorrow to finish job. It already looks amazing. Looking forward to getting our deck done too. Would recommend 100%.
