The store is fine. I have shopped there since it opened. My complaint is about the disgraceful condition of many of the trolleys.Too many end up discarded around the suburbs, left in all weather conditions. Always Woolies' ones, never Aldis.

Missus and me went to Woolworths tonight at 8:30 29th AprilOn our way out, we went through the self serve area.A young lady “cant remember name” but had brown long hair.Just wanted to give a shout out to how happy and greeting she was towards us.It’s really good to see happy team members at a store as it reflects leadership.100/100We both left happy!

A huge thumbs up to the young ladies at checkout. There was 2 of them on one register one scanning and the other packing. Old school and way more effective, we flew through even thou it was busy. Woolworths could go back to this system and gain back some needed customers. Great job to u girls down there.

Was at the 10 items or less area, a girl was serving a customer while Theo was gossiping with her standing at the next stand I walked over started unpacking my items he gave me a look like what the heck you doing interrupting my gossip session, he didn’t scan any of the items so I collected my things put them back and went to the do it yourself area, he walked off the till and was near me I confronted him and asked why he ignored me when I started placing my items on the tray? he looked at me rudely and it’s just easier for you to do it yourself and walked off playing on his phone..Dude!! I worked at Woolworths when I was a teenager and I would of been fired if I acted like this. I do my best to be served by a human because I don’t want the self service taking jobs but Theo definitely doesn’t deserve his

My local so pop in fairly regularly. Staff are always happy and friendly. Quite possibly the slowest checkout operators I've ever encountered though. Save yourself the hassle and always go self service.

This morning a polite helpful young man named Lucas went out of his way to assist me with my shopping goods though the auto checkout he rang up all my goods and packed my bags. He was so friendly and helpful and is another reason I exclusively shop at Woollies Warner.

Not impressed with service this time. Only 1checkout open with 4 of us waiting. One staff to watch one shopper at self serve. Was told to go through 12 items checkout, no way , get abused if someone comes along with just a few items. When quiet close the self serve and serve the customers as you are supposed to.

Today 1/06/23 @1.35pm I was at the self serve checkout. I had a baby in one hand and checking my grocery out with the other until a beautiful lady come over to help me from I have forgotten her name but I believe it's Carol or Karen. From the bottom of my heart thank you so much for brightening my day. There's is also another lady who works in self serve aswell which I still haven't picked her name up yet but she had swapped over with Carol/Karen the time I was leaving her beautiful smile and just her friendly nature is always been felt when I walk all the time with my kids and without my kids. Thank you both so much for just being you. Cheers

Normally have good service here, but the checkout girl today was dreadful. No greeting at all and the fruit and veg were literally thrown into the bags. She put our bbq chicken in on top of the fruit and veg and had no idea on how to pack. Very poor experience indeed.
