Was a amazing experience to stay in Coonara during 3months ! I met some nice people everywhere around world and shared good moments together, it's my friends ! The house is very quiet, nice manager, people are respectful, it's not hostel for me it's big family house ! I'm recommend, gooooooo

Coonara Farmstay
This handy facility caters mainly for backpackers/foreigners and rural workers. About five bedrooms in the spacious house and four air conditioned separate bedrooms with ensuites at the back. Two shared kitchens and two shared bathrooms in the house. The host and other guest were friendly, happy and welcoming. We had a good sleep, however tourists should be mindful not to have lofty expectations.

I had a great experience at Coonara Farmstay. Living together with a bunch of backpackers, there is always someone around to go out with, chill out or just throw a big party at one of the houses. They help you with (farm)work if you want to or in need of. If you arrange a job by yourself, your more then welcome to stay in on of their houses as well.Overall; if you want to get your days of farm work in, and/or just have a good time working in Australia, living together with other travelers and enjoy your time doing so, Coonara Farmstay is a great opportunity.

Stayed here for 7 months and had the best time. During my stay I've met amazing people from all over the world.If you need to get your regional work done for the second year visa, this is the best place possible. The manager could potentially help you to get a job, either at a local shop, pub or at a farm.Overall I had a great experience and I would recommend staying here for both couples and singles.

The best by far on the NSW side of the border, for milesAbsolutely beautiful host Sara& the farm owner Ted is a great guy as well, Everything you could want is here, just know you will learn, from all cultures and enjoy your stay, These people will accommodate your wishes if possible, Many great times while working in the area, Still here and not going anywhere soon!
