New Start Early Learning Centre

IQ is the worst childcare in minto. I will never put my child ever again & wont recommend anyone to put their child there.. They buy one nappy size for all the kids. They don’t even have a cook for cooking.. My kid got lot of rashes every second day becs of nappy & she got fever with nappy rash..

My 3 kids love attending this center, they have learnt so much from going there. The love and care they receive is second to none. I highly recommend this childcare

My son attends this centre for vacation care that they offer, and the program was so amazing and welcoming. My son is so happy every time when he is attending this centre, he bonded with the stuff and loved everything from the food to the new friends he sees when he is attending vacation care. And a big thanks for changing the program when the children where suppose to have an out door activity and the weather was rainy so the stuff took the children to the movies! Thank you for thinking on their health and making sure they are dry and warm.

My son just loves this place. The teacher's are amazing, friendly, kind and just fantastic specially Ms Maria and Ms Jas.. If I have any Questions or concerns about my son, payments or anything else that needs answers, the teachers are very helpful and get it resolved. Highly recommend this place just because of friendly and lovely staff...

IQ is the best centre ever. I have had a wonderful experience sending my son to IQ. my son spent 2 years at IQ child care. my son talked more often about caring and loving educators. I have never had any problem with anything. The staff is very friendly and supportive. 5 times meal in a day and all the meals are healthy my son learned eating vegies from IQ. because they have vegie beds and children pick fresh vegies from the garden. my son started eating a variety of foods that he normally wouldn't with me or at other child care ( where my son used to go before IQ). he graduated from IQ child care. my son learned a lot such as A-Z, counting and read and write his name. my sons is communicating more as well. All the credit goes to the staff and the management. hats off to you guys. I have no words to say thank you but still thank you sooooooo much for every thing.

My son has attended the childcare for 1 yr now. I’m am very happy with the service. All staff and caring and kind to my son and are always welcoming whenever I attend the Centre.

My daughter goes to this child care centre and it is the best child care centre in the region. This has become a second home for us and the staff has become our second family. My daughter just adores the place and she even wants to go on the days she doesn't go to the childcare. I know my daughter is in great hands. One of the Staff member Jess always greets me and my daughter with a smile. My daughter goes to Jess without crying and as a parent I'm reassured that my daughter feels loved and cared for. Jess always provides me with the feedback on my child which as a parent it is very important. The other staff are also very friendly and caring. Since going to the child care, my daughter has learnt lots of educational skills. Thumbs up to iq child care!

My son has spent 1 year here, today was his last day. Quite a few of my payments don't show in the invoices they give me and I've had to go in and sort it out including today's latest invoice. My sons come home with dried snot all over his face, a full sagging diaper and almost always still hungry when I pick him up and he's not a very big eater. Not happy either with the fact that sometimes I'd pick him up and he's got scratches, bruises or bandaids on and nobody tells me anything and if I ask I'm simply told oh he fell over in the play area". The floor staff mainly Sarah-Jane have been good and supported my son when he was potty training

The most beautiful, kind, friendly and amazing staff. My kids are so happy and love all they educators.I have moved my kids from different childcare and I’m so happy that I made the right choice and enrolled them in new start.❤️❤️
