I approached Urban City Consulting to assist me with a DA for my property. I contracted them to conduct preliminary analysis of the works. The quality of the service was extremely low. Significant delay in responding to emails and communicating with me and the council. They did not deliver on the project.

The council outcome was a refusal. Quality of work from UCC was very poor. Numerous mistakes in the reports they submitted to council including wrong street name for my Development, clearly it was a copy and paste from another application thus meaning they did not address council criteria.Even after UCC had two meet with council they still could not successfully provide me with an outcome. No correspondence either from them. Each time I tried to find out any information about my DA the response was come in for another meeting at a cost of $250 P/h. That’s excluding what they had already been paid.UCC cost me a fortune to use with a refusal outcomeCouncil informed me to choose a town planner that was familiar with the type of DA I lodged. Thanks UCC for wasting my time and the huge amounts of money you have taken.

Urban City Consulting was not helpful in any portion of the certification process. I cannot emphasize how difficult it was to deal with this company and its employees. They ask for payment upfront and then promptly forget about you. Getting any information or response was a tedious and drawn out process.This company is NOT on your side. Buyer beware, avoid.

Absolutely the worst customer experience I have had. Completely hopeless. Do not waste your time. Over priced. Much better (and faster!) service from Council.
