Poor customer service. the lead time takes too long, and they don't get back to you everytime you call Brad/Ikram for a lead time.having to always call them and chase them up.make sure if you use this company your not in a hurry!

I have never in my life dealt with a bigger bunch of criminals. I built a 6 bedroom house with over $200k worth of these products and I’ve got various problems with 90% of everything they’ve supplied and installed. From the date of installation there was issues with useless tradesman being inexperienced juniors not knowing how to install their own products, not to mention months delayed from agreed supply and install dates. From the moment it was installed, shutters simply did not work, windows and doors were missing seals causing a breeze strong enough inside my house that internal doors close from draft when the house is locked up and external doors closed. Several doors and windows didn’t close properly, manual shutters were delivered instead of motorised and just general poor workmanship on everything supplied. The worse part, I‘m now in a legal argument with the company as the owner of the business refused to fix any of these issues, said the shutters shouldn’t be used anyway and he ended up collecting more cash than he was even originally owed by sweeping from my builders account under a garnishee order which he falsely claimed as he ignored a settlement agreement we had signed separately and didn’t show the court certain payments already made. End result, I have a warranty they won’t honour unless I take them to court which I’m about to be forced to do and I paid even more than originally agreed in contract in attempts of getting them to fix their own problems. The owner of the business simply doesn’t care if their products work or not, doesn’t care if you’re happy or not as a customer and only wants your money, once fully paid, he won’t even pick up your phone call. These guys are actual criminals to deal with and I honestly never met any business with worse ethics and lack of care toward their own products. Modern day corporate criminals who I only hope get what they deserve

Mixed Messages. No timeframe. Never keeped updated. Poor Communication. Been ripped off.

Clueless dummies spent weeks ‘installing’ doors and windows that ALL had to be re-done. A bunch of cowards. Do not use these idiots.

This company is the absolute worst window company I’ve ever worked with.They had no idea what they were doing. Windows and doors were arriving incomplete and put together upside down and inside out. One day they had 6 installers at the job and only managed to install one sliding door which I had to re do any way because it was wrong. Every single door and window was defected in some way or another.I was shocked at the poor quality of the product, and the unprofessional way in which management dealt with the whole process . I was appalled by their service .You’ve been warned.

Im currently in the planning stage of my home and my builder recommended this company and my oh my I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Timothy Shiel today from Smoke control, this young man is quite possibly the most friendly and easily approachable human I have met, I was greeted with a smile but it was no ordinary greeting smile… it was a smile of pure joy, you don’t get this sort of customer service and experience from anyone anymore. this gentlemen took the time to go over his services and explain in thorough detail whilst answering all my questions. I’m not easily impressed but I walked out feeling great

They were the easiest people to work with and have a huge amount of industry knowledge. When setting up the construction there was a good deal of paperwork and fire code we needed to understand. All I had to do for Control Fire was talk with them over the phone. They were as good with information as they were with equipment. I highly recommend them.

The company is great in every way.
