We went into buy a new washing machine and John was very helpful. He was very friendly and did everything he could to get us the best deal. We walked out very happy! We ended up paying $1150 for a 14kg top loader.

Staff will size you up as if you were prey for a sale NO ServiceThey must get paid on commission.We were there looking for an Air-conditioner for my sons room.We walked pass like 4 staff members, the one we spoke to walked off mid way conversation on us to talk to another customer, as she obviously thought there was a greater chance that we might not buy.Then we decided to look at fridges as I was in the market for a new fridge also. Either a Smeg or A similar slim taller bottom freezer, as our fridge opening was narrowNope, Nada, nothing, no service.Do yourself a favour. Serve your self at Harvey Norman.Then go online to Appliancesonline dot com.Their real person chat was more helpful. We bought a $4200+ Smeg online with a helpful dude and we are still looking at an Air-conditioner.

Dropped in today to look at big screen TV's. The sales person (Cynthia) was extremely helpful, taking us through the pros and cons of several screens. Ended up with an excellent TV thanks to her great knowledge and service. Thank-you for your help today!

Click and collect order, arrived, sent notification saying i was here, waited for over half an hour, called the store while waiting, on hold for over 10 mins, when the guy finally picked up my call I didn't get a chance to say a word before he hung up, had to go into the store. 45 mins for click and collect. What's the point?

My wife sent an online request for bedding and got a quick and precise answer next morning. I visited the shop on the next day and Daisy on the bedding department was kind to give advice and show the options around. We ended up buying the product online from Harvey Norman website as the bed we have chosen is not on the floor of any store in WA.

The guy at the computer department has been a bit cheeky with sale.Marcus is his name I think.He recommended me sport earbuds NOT suitable for sports ,when I went home I realised they wouldn t work so I returned them and he just looked so annoyed and panicked bragging about the fact he couldn t resell them not even listening I was saying I haven t used them or looking at the package and got me someone else to deal with that.Also I bought a fitbit and he added the product care without even ask me if I wanted to.He obviously was only interested in making a sale than looking after me as a customer.Marcus needs a customer service refresher or a holiday or a different job.

I started off at the Good Guys wanting to buy an electric oven. The customer service was terrible (see my review of that store) so I wondered over to Harvey Norman. As soon as I walked in, someone assisted me and no longer than 10 mins I was out the door with my purchase.
