We had a horrible experience with this company. We received incomplete and incorrect plans for our job. When trying to resolve this issue I was spoken to with total and utter disrespect. We took it to NCAT and won the case with the evidence I had compiled. They still refused to pay. After being legally ordered and following the court system i retrieved our money back but it is no compensation for the disrespect and discrimination I received from this human being. Please do your research before committing to this company and keep everything in writing as he may lie to cover himself, even if the evidence is in writing.
