Trying to find kazoo for my company event in a very short amount of time. Tried to look for somewhere else but no luck at all. Eventually, they were my last place and i was very surprise by their service and responses. Didn’t get what I ordered. Ordered two weights on the megaloon numbers and only got one. Also, the $60 confetti balloon floated away into the sky as soon as it was out of the bag because it wasn’t attached to the string properly. BUYER BEWARE

They mixed up delivery time clearly stated on their own invoice. so we were not there to receive delivery they then refused to redeliver. tried to force us to then pickup at their offices.

I think they're great. Its family owned, the staff is really polite and helpful- and they seem to have about everything you need for a really great party. The new costume shop downstairs is seriously awesome and I've had balloons delivered twice with no trouble at all! Highly, highly recommend for any of your party needs.

Bought make up in 3 different colours. Tried one of them, it was all dried out. I tried to return the other two colours (unopened and with receipt) and was told we don't do returns

The woman who was at the counter had me in tears. I had planned something for someone going through a hell of a time. Called this store the night before ensuring that I could have 10 balloons blown up. He said yes and also confirmed that I didn't need to book. When I got there the woman was so rude and instantly refused to even entertain the thought of helping me saying she was too busy. I walked out with nothing.

They have extensive collection of everything you need for parties. Staff are friendly, you just have to ask for help if need be. Prices aren't that competitive but they're located conveniently next to Vic markrt.

The costumes were okay and reasonably priced, but the place is an absolute mess so trying to find any particular costume is actually impossible! I spent 20 minutes going through all the costumes that were all mixed up! I decided to just get help so I asked two staff members at the counter for help. Without an ounce of care, they both pointed down to the same isle I had just been standing in and said maybe I could find it behind another costume on the hook. Appalled at the terrible customer service! Would not go back.
