Sam was great. Explained everything beforehand and fixed the issues, a full (long overdue) service and at the price quoted. Thanks, my machine works great now.

Went back to Sam with my overlocker. He spent time explaining the problems and gave the quote straight away. Very high attention to details, reasonable price and great service. My machine came back shiny cleaned and working beautifully. Wonderful mechanic!

I took my Singer heavy duty machine to Sam. He took a look at it immediately and open up the machine and found the button hole lever was broken. He searched for spares everywhere but not able to get it. He called me to inform me and I wanted to pay him but he refused. He is so friendly and helpful. I’m very grateful to meet a nice person like Sam.

I contacted Sam on 15/4/22 initially over the phone. Without listening to my issue, he said that he was in a celebration and could not speak to me. He called me the next day, but I was not able to pick up the phone. Sam then sent a text message to call him, which I did. He asked me what the problem was with my Industrial Overlocker and I told him. He asked me to take a photo of the front of the machine and send it to him, which I did immediately. However, I didn't hear back from Sam till late in the evening on Saturday 16/4/22 saying that he would call me on Monday. He didn't. When I followed up on Wednesday over the phone he said that he did not know who I was, even though we had been communicating over the phone and texts several times. Sam's mannerism was rude and very unprofessional, so I decided to end the conversation and have taken my business elsewhere to someone who was willing to take down my details and find out what the issue was.

Sam did a great job with my machine, even picking up an issue a previous servicing elsewhere had missed. He clearly knows his sewing machines and I wouldn't hesitate to get my machines serviced there again if needed.I really appreciated his knowledge, expertise and warm professionalism, all the more so because my machine needed to be ready for a bridal dress fitting on the weekend...!
