Evenden AIR came out to assess the issue with my sons broken bedroom split system. It was non repairable as it was over 20+ years old. They managed to move us up the list and complete the new install the very next day. We couldn’t thank them enough as my son has special needs. We really appreciated the extra effort they went to for us and will use them when the other systems need replacing.

We had Kieran and his team install our new 14 kW ducted system last week, his team was very polite, very clean and very professional. Kieran even stayed back after the installation to teach us how to use the new controller and answer all of our questions. Fantastic service and I would happily recommend to my friends and family.

My wife and I had a split system installed from Evenden AIR. It started leaking water only 2 weeks after being installed. The guys at Evenden AIR came out the same day I called, were very apologetic for the error and also gave me a voucher for my first years maintenance service for free. We appreciated the effort they went to to make sure it was fixed.

Kieran and his team installed 4 Gree units at my home in 2019. Mid last year the unit in my bedroom (of all places) stopped functioning properly. It was a bit of a mission trying to get someone out from Evenden to repair the unit however, after a few phone messages, we eventually got the problem sorted…A few weeks ago I had more problems with the same unit. This time, the service was much better. Someone from the company came out the very next day and repaired the unit. All good so far…Overall I’m very happy with the products and service that Evenden Air provides. Thanks for helping me cool my home….

The power kept tripping off at my home and we were recommended to call Evenden AIR - their Electricians came out very quickly and found a bad connection on one of our ceiling fans. They were very lenient and understanding when I asked for a few extra days to pay the invoice too.

Recently had a few new systems installed in Holland Park. We are very happy with how they look and the guys were clean and arrived ontime. We even got a text message when the technician was on his way and were able to track his vehicle from our phone when he was on his way. I hadn't seen that before and thought it was very helpful.

Kieran and Jim were the guys who came out. They were very professional when installing our new Air Con. I don’t know how they worked as quick as they did - it was nearly 40DEG outside. Thank you for your efforts.

Just had our home ducted Air Conditioner serviced. Kieran was very thorough with the service, even getting up in the roof and checked all the air ducts had no splits. The other companies didn’t do that when they were in charge of maintaining our system.

The guys in the office were very helpful and full of knowledge. They pretty much fixed my system over the phone, still stopped in a few days later when they were around the area to make sure it was working well. They didn’t even ask for money as our job was on the way to another one.

Kieran was quick to respond to our inquiry, was full of knowledge and able to answer all of our questions. They managed to install the same week whereas other companies said we will be waiting a month. System is working great.
