Would give 0 stars if I could. My partner and I had the most disgusting experience on Mother’s day with our family. Not only did half our table receive their food a half hour after the other half had finished eating, plus the constant mess ups with orders between tables and dirty dishware - my partner ordered the rib eye steak and it smelt, looked and tasted off. He had one small bite, then me and his friend tried a piece to see if he was overreacting in saying it was inedible, and completely off, he was not. It was disgusting. We are quiet people and do not like to complain, but the rest of our party insisted he should politely tell them that he is concerned about the quality of the meat. The manager, owner and chef had an absolute sook and made a massive scene about how he is trying to take advantage of them because he ‘ate half of it’. The ‘new owner’ had the most horrific, high school bully attitude, making faces and rude comments and insults to my partner when he was trying to explain and diffuse the situation. They did not let him leave without paying for the steak that he had one bite of, and had the whole staff arguing over what percent he should be paying.The young waiters were lovely and constantly apologising for the senior staffs behaviour.As she was very young, I hope the owner reflects on her mean girl attitude and learns to take constructive criticism.

Went here for a work lunch, orders were chicken Parma, pizza, pasta, and chicken special. All were very good. Fast service, even though the place looked pretty busy.

It's what you would expect for the area. Food was nice, MASSIVE portions. One salad would feed two for sure! Overall, staff were friendly, meals were nice (pub style) clean and reasonably priced for portion sizes. I would recommend sharing any dish you order.

Crave cafe has a wonderful, friendly atmosphere. Staff went out of their way to look after our group. The cafe staff are extremely considerate and respectful of elderly and disabled customers. Will definitely visit again.

Meals were delicious, very reasonable prices, large menu and catered for dietary requirements. Easy parking at Boronia. Will definitely be back.

Hired the function room, great price, great food, huge portion sizes. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is having a function.

The staff always go above and beyond to assist people with disabilities, myself n other staff support.Always very kind. Never too much to modify meals eg puree, when needed.Our clients always love coming back ❤️❤️❤️

Was disappointed tonight on ordering our meals that a $51 dollar steak is only served with chips or salad (one or the other) and paying extra for mushroom sauce. We also payed extra for ham on a Parma. Nothing like it use to be.
