I decided to treat myself to an upgrade from the bike my two boys laughed at me for riding. I was greeted by James, who was friendly, refreshingly knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me with my new bike. As a senior manager in a busy and volatile industry, I understand the importance of customer service, and appreciate it when I am lucky enough to receive it. I will not hesitate to buy from 99 Bikes Marion again, and as I encounter many people that enjoy outdoor recreational activities in my line of work, I will happily refer anyone I meet looking for a new bike to James.What a great experience I had this afternoon, my faith in humanity is restored.Cheers James, you went that extra mile and it was very much appreciated.

We were at 99 bikes to get a bicycle as a birthday present for my little one, who was turning 3. I approached Ryan at the counter, and he immediately gave me a service I would remember. He was very good with engaging with my little girl and measuring her height to get the right size bicycle for her to ride. I was impressed with his service as he was on point with his sales presentation that I even decided to get another bike for myself. He was one of my best experiences and deserved recognition for his work.

Fantastic service from Richard at 99 Bikes Marion.We have dealt with him and purchased 2 bikes: a Norco Storm for our daughter and a Merida Big Seven 10 MD for our son.The service, time spent explaining the bikes, knowledge of products by Richard and the Marion Team, and the excellent product and bike pricing, made the experiences quick and hassle free. Being Club Members gave us even better savings and we couldnt be happier.

We took a 2nd hand ebike, that was in excellent condition with very low km's but had not been ridden for 12 months, in for assessment and were given a quote for a full and comprehensive service by Juan. We were very happy with the service from Juan who also ensured the bike was set up correctly for me and gave us helpful information and advice. I now feel very confident riding the bike and will certainly be returning when next in need of a service. Thank you.

I bought an e-bike last year and I am needing a spare part for it, but it’s out of stock and there’s no response as to when they will have it again. I thought there would be a reliable after sales support from 99 bikes, and that they would have the required parts for the brands they sell but not at all.We also took the bikes for service and a week after they are completely rusted on various parts, I’m not sure which product they used that apparently took the protection layer off the bike.

Very happy with the service on my road bike. A proper, not pushy, consultation on the level of service required. I was called to discuss a non urgent repair and was offered solutions which I never felt pressured into taking.

I bought my new bike from 99 Bikes Marion and was very happy with the service and the staff were very knowledgeable. I took my bike for my first service today which is free and needed it back ASAP and the service staff made sure it was ready within 2 hours. They went the extra yards to get my bike ready for me . Very happy with the staff there. I would certainly recommend going to there if you are looking for a bike.
