The team at A1 trailers understands good old fashioned customer service. We recently had issues with Vic Roads and the registration of a trailer which came from interstate. We needed some work done quickly on the trailer and the A1 team couldn't have been more accommodating. They looked at our trailer straight away and had the work done within 2 hours saving us another trip to Bairnsalde. I highly recommend A1.

Brilliant company! Jayne and the team were so easy to work with, they had a new trailer built for me in less time than expected and helped me surprise my husband right on his birthday! The customer service is beyond compare. I would definitely recommend them.

Thank you to Jayne and Andrew and crew at A1 Trailers. I had modifications done to my Tuffy boat trailer and the result is fantastic. The mod's have made it a breeze for me to launch and retrieve the boat by myself. These guys were so friendly, helpful and bursting with knowledge.

Trailer wheel fell off in middle of town Grand Finals morning. Jason was driving by and stopped. He worked on it for hours and wouldn't accept payment. Incredibly helpful, great advice and able to get it going again. Great local business, highly recommend. Dropped trailer off to sort the main fault out later on.

Thank you to the legends at A1 for getting us back on the road today. The service and quick axle and wheel replacement was really going above and beyond, and it was all done just on Friday knock off without any fuss. Genuine guardian angels. Thank you for saving us.
