Absolutely pathetic customer service and warranty claims.It took 2 months for my bike to be repaired, countless times I was given dates and had to put up with lies.Envy my luck that the very next week I received my bike, I had an accident. And now it is almost 5 weeks my bike is sitting with a repairer because ....?Yamaha Australia again has made fake promises at least at 2 occasions advising the parts will arrive in 10 days. And after 5 weeks, we were told it is another 2 weeks before the part will be here in Australia.Are you for real? you don't keep a local inventory of parts here?Never going to buy a Yamaha again. Will suggest others to stay away from them as well.The products are ok but after sales service is ridiculous, specially the warranties.
