This gym has helped me achieve some incredible health goals over the last 12-18 months, including gaining muscle definition and losing body fat. The trainers at F45 Mackay City are simply outstanding, pushing me to my limits and helping me achieve results I never thought possible. Despite being somewhat introverted, I always look forward to my daily workouts at this gym. The group-based training is fast, fun, and results-orientated, making every workout a challenge and a pleasure.Not only do I appreciate the dedication and expertise of the trainers, but I also love the culture and people interaction at F45 Mackay City. The other gym-goers are supportive and friendly, making me feel like a part of a community of like-minded individuals who share my passion for fitness. The trainers go above and beyond to help me achieve my health goals, and their encouragement and motivation are simply priceless. I cannot recommend F45 Mackay City enough to anyone looking for a gym that delivers results, fosters community, and helps you achieve your health goals in a fun and challenging environment.

I have been attending F45 Mackay City for nearly 2 years now and there are so many reasons why I love this place. The personalised service and high standard set by Lee and Kim is permeated throughout the entire gym culture. The high performing trainers take the time to get to know each client and their needs. The crew have always from day one supported my athletic and lifestyle goals in the domains of cardio, strength and nutrition. Not to mention the amazing friendships that I have built in this place that is full of positive energy. I’d recommend this gym to anyone.

I love this gym because as soon as you walk through the door on your first session all the trainers know your name and have you training hard from the get go! The Mackay gym stands out from all other F45 studios with its pumping atmosphere and very enthusiastic trainers! I love the constant challenges available which hold you accountable whilst supporting a sustainable lifestyle.

I joined F45 Mackay City when they opened in 2017 after a recommendation from a work colleague. I absolutely love F45 Mackay City! They have the best trainers who are friendly, fun and always motivating you to help you reach your goals.After attending other F45s in QLD it's easy to see why they are the world's #1 studio. They have recently helped me before and after shoulder surgery with scaling options, nothing is ever too much trouble for them! Both my wife and I attend F45 Mackay City and have done so for almost 3 years with almost 1000 sessions between us.This has become part of our routine for health & wellbeing - both physical & mental. The owners & trainers are second to none! They are so attentive to everyone’s needs, always challenging and supporting members and they know every single person by name! There’s a reason they are the number 1 f45 studio in the WORLD!

This is the first time joining the f45 family and starting any type of fitness challenge. All I can say is I would recommend it anybody sitting on the fence thinking about giving it a go! you don’t have be anything special to give a go because the team at f45 Mackay city will be there each step of the way helping you to your goals you wanna achieve and will always point you in the right direction you wanna go! Best gym ever. Has kept me motivated and consistent for nearly 3 years. The trainers genuinely care about people and the other members are so supportive of each other. You can tell how much work goes on behind the scenes to make sure everyone is getting the most out of time there and it is greatly appreciated!
