3 days and 3 visits and each time the service has been first class. Staff are genuinely courteous, exceptionally patient, very knowledgeable and super welcoming. The experience is such that you will not want to rush your visit.As for the products/equipment, it all falls in line with their quality service - superior quality all round, as well as a wide-ranging selection. The fact that this business is family owned and run, adds to the care and quality of all. I will definitely be returning many times.

Visited this place, the staff were super friendly and informative we had a good chat about different aspects of what we wanted with a friendly and professional attitude. Nothing had a formal price on it, but I was surprised at how affordable the items where is a wide range to cover any martial arts needs.

When an problem arose that was completely out of their control it was resolved without any issue and at a pace that I was surprised and very pleased with. They then took the opportunity to go a step further and resolve an issue that was my fault. I am very happy with my purchase and ecstatic with the service, they went way above and beyond what is an expected level of customer service.
