Don't get me wrong, the workers have always been great with my kids.The admin team however......there is something seriously wrong with the way this company runs. The way they bill, fees charged, statement dates....I am forever on the phone correcting the mistakes made to my account. Unless you enjoy being frequently ripped off, or like to live your days in a confused state of how the f***?"

So convenient to have holiday and before/after school care at the school my children attend. Childcare workers are caring and flexible even with my special needs child.

Care staff are great but the seriously broken billing system and money grabbing is out of control. Avoid if at all possible. Worst experience I've had.
