Absolutely terrible customer service. Waited 17 days from the time I placed the order, no status updates at all. Ignored all attempts to contact - email, phone, text, website and chatbot. Took action with financial institution to cancel credit card payment, then miraculously the item gets shipped immediately by express post! How on earth does Remy Donraadt expect to build a business when he treats customers with contempt?

In and out in under 5 minutes. Great range and price on products and was easily able to get what I needed. Will be returning in the future

The goods arrived in NZ 6 weeks after the order, the delay was due to Australian Post, not Monkey's Fist. I did not receive any tracking data which lead to a lot of frustration that i feel could have been avoided.

First time ordering on this website and all items arrived within 2 days.Everything matched the site description.I will most likely use this online store again

As per other reviews, this company is hit-or-miss. First order 2 years ago was fine. Second order a month ago has been a disaster. They sent the wrong product. No response to emails. then got a call from Remy. Returned the wrong one. Another 2 weeks later, no response to emails and no new product. Will have to dispute with my Credit card provider. Won't roll the dice and use them again. very sad. Not worth the stress. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

First online order experience was very positive. A Spinlock Deckvest 6D at what appeared to be the best price in Australia - and I looked! Arrived in days as described and in good order. What more can you ask from ‘mail order’ than that. Website looked good too, complete and a few other good buys evident. I’ll have a look at this ‘on line chandlery’ again.

Contrary to ACCC and Australian consumer law, this business would not replace or refund the faulty product, for a child using it sailing for just 2 hours, saying they've 'never seen this fault before' (you have now). Even after the company brand accepted responsibility for the fault, the business would only replace the item and not refund,even though we had already gone ahead while waiting for an outcome and bought another product from them. No idea or concern for customer service, satisfied customers or consumer rights. Now I've read other posts I can see we're not alone. Shame, lift your game.In response Remy. Your decision was pretty clear. You should remember not replacing gloves for a child. Would be under Catherine Jones. I'm not seeking to raise the issue again, just letting other potential customers know your company don't treat people well.

DO NOT ORDER. Its been two months and I've got nothing. Only heard from them after I wrote a bad review I did after 6 weeks of nothing. Since then I've again heard nothing I've tried emails, messenger, phone calls and everything in-between. All to happy to take your money but they won't send out your products. This place is a scam

No good. Product that arrived was completely different to what was pictured and described in the listing. Followed the refund process, paid for the return shipping and am yet to receive any refund or response to any of my communication. Quite disappointing, will be shopping elsewhere moving forward.
