Can't say enough about Nathan's sharpening service!! Everything and even more than I was expecting from the best sharpening service in Sydney. From my Fujiwara to the Takamura... Speechless? or just amazed.. I passed Nathan over a brand new Shun Chef's knife that I was preparing for a Xmas gift and he had a look with some real honest feedback and insight that nothing was really needed to be done. From previous experiences in other situations, some would've taken advantage of the opportunity and played dumb, done the job" so to speak.. It is very rare to find real genuine people now a days that really puts in that extra level of care and honestly

Highly recommend Nathan's sharpening service. He's extremely responsive, managed to sharpen 4 knives and a pair of very blunt scissors within 24 hours with mother's day in between! Our knives were super sharp and scissors could finally cut again.

I have quite a number of older knives that had not been overly looked after and were quite dull. Had them sharpened at Kiru knife sharpening Sydney and I had totally forgotten how wonderful sharp knives are. Service was excellent and results are fabulous.

My son is an apprentice Sushi chef and needed a couple of knives for work sharpened and needed it done quickly. I contacted Nathan at KIRU who was happy to help. The knives were ready 24hours later and were the sharpest that they had ever been. My son , his boss and I were extremely impressed with the quality of the work. Will definitely use KIRU knife sharpening and I highly recommend KIRU for anyone needing their knives sharpened.

Nathan was very quick to respond to my request, and I took my knives in the next day, got them back within a few hours - as I needed them for the next day. And wow… the results are amazing. I feel like I have a whole new set of knives. Thankyou so much for such a great service :)

Highly recommend Nathan and his knife sharpening skills. He was able to sharpen my knife for work on short notice, I was that happy and pleased with his work I asked him to sharpen all my knives. He knows his knives and is very skilled. I don’t recall my knives ever been so sharp.
