Shell Coles Express Grafton

Coles Express as a retailer across the board get five stars for promotions and willing energetic subordinate staff to assist with problem solving menial everyday customer services issues, all be it with a smile, and great attitudes. As a local business owner I spend thousands per month at this store, and across NSW and southern QLD. As myself, an employer I motivate, teach, and support my work family while encouraging them to raise issues, and to be comfortable to speak up. Well in saying that.....whomever employed Amy as Grafton Coles Express manager needs their right arm ripped of, and flogged with the soggy patch! She is lazy, inconsistent, rude and most of all a downright b***h to the staff that are NOT" included in her narcissistic nepotistic group! How do I know this? After twenty odd years of being a Shell customer fuelling 24/7 I have good relationship with the staff

I was very pleased to get a coffee here after staying at mini waters 5 nights. Oh how it made my morning. It felt a little rough in this area w homeless man hanging around. But otherwise I was Happy w my coffee

Staff are always friendly, always have cheap $1 cold can drinks and the air pump is digital for an accurate reading.

Warning! Don't ever work their under that management. Disgusting!

Every time I go to this store and deal with the tall blond she is cold and blunt I don't think she has ever smiled at me. I don't even bother to look her in the face anymore because when I do it's like she just wants to look down on you. The Bloke with the kiss tatt is great and the two shorter girls are awesome and great to chat to. Never had a problem at this store when the tall blond isn't working. I would like to see U100 at Coles Express, I use only U98 but some [very few] gas stations sell U100. If not for the blond I would have gave 5 stars. That is all.

Fast and efficient, though a little high on pricing. Also the internal lighting is incredibly bright at night, like super bright, I don't get why.

Pretty friendly staff. The food in the station is okay and the gas prices aren't too bad. Though, I think you should go to Caltex instead. Just your average gas station here.

The Coles discount is helpful, plenty of products in the shop. Only one stand of two pumps for Diesel.
