Rovacraft specializes in old-fashioned service... and by old-fashioned I mean they don't believe in it.I sent an email enquiry about a part, and a month or so later I got a reply asking for my location. I provided it the same day, and now 2-3 months have gone past with no further reply, including after a follow-up email.If this is indicative of how they do business, I dodged a bullet by having this happen and putting them in my rear view mirror.

Rovercraft is now my first stop while looking for parts for our Discovery series one, with it’s 300 tdi engine. The staff at Rovercraft are very helpful, sharing knowledge as well as supplying all the parts necessary to keep an ageing Rover on the road. Barbagello couldn't supply brake caliper for 2018 discovery sport for 10 to 12 weeks, meaning customers car would be off the road for nearly 3 months and this they thought was acceptable.Rovercraft got the part, exact same part, here from England within 8 DAYS!!!Fantastic service and communication! Well done guys
