I purchased a pair of pants with a defective seam on the inner thigh which I brought in to be repaired. Not only did they repair this seam, they re-stiched ALL the inside seams. I was very pleasantly surprised as I had not expected this and they did not charge me any extra. This shows a very good work ethic as they just wanted to do the job properly. The cost was already very reasonable so I really appreciated that they went above and beyond. Very happy with their quick and professional service, I highly recommend On Point

Do not go anywhere else! They will rip you off (especially the other one in the centre)!Very reasonably priced and did an amazing job with our designer dresses! Any problems or if things didn't go as planned, they'd have a back up! It was also done in a timely manner :) (for Chinese New Year). Clear communication re timelines and opening hours too.Thank you so much for altering them! Fits like a glove now!

The BEST place for alterations. The owners are absolutely fantastic and offer fabulous customer service. They always go above and beyond and my items have been altered to perfection. I live quite far away, but wouldn't trust anybody else with the job so I don't mind driving to the Carousel. I honestly can't rave enough with how wonderful this business is. I always leave so happy and thankful. Thank you so much for what you do.

Yen did an absolutely amazing job altering my wedding dress at such short notice. I had previously had it altered elsewhere and they had done a shocking job. She fixed all their poor handiwork and had it fitting perfect in just one week. She literally saved my dress and made me the happiest bride!
