Wollondilly Medical Centre

Have now seen Dr Asmaa personally twice and have finally found a doctor for my family. She listens attentively, advises and explains and has a lovely caring nature.I also work out of the area and it is great that she is available on a Sunday.She has also run to time with my appointments which is a huge plus as other doctors in this surgery do not.

I popped in today to Wollondilly Medical Centre without an appointment but hoping to see a Doctor about some lesions on my face. I was welcomed warmly and offered wonderful treatment very quickly. The Doctor went out of his way to provide the best service possible. It was a great experience. I will visit again.

Excellent Service. Been looking for a good family doctor for a while and Dr Som is thorough and really pleasant to deal with. Whilst most doctors are trying to rush you out the door, he takes the time to diagnose properly and consequently provides appropriate treatment the first time around. Highly recommended.

Dr Marina is fantastic. I travel an hour to come and see her. I tried to book with her but she is not there? Will she be returning?

Excellent doctors, very caring with follow-ups and friendly, respectful admin & nursing staff. Always clean and professional. Never made to feel to be just a number, this practice goes the extra mile. Nice and close to Woolies, chemist and coffee shop, with plenty of on-site parking.

Wonderful doctor I saw today. My first time there. Will definitely go back

I saw Dr Natalia Lacerda today . She had a care factor of zero. Basically didn’t listen to any concerns I had and it’s taken me a lot to go to a doctor. My daughters have been very concerned and begged me to go.There was no examination,no BP taken and I’m on medication for BP. Copied the previous lovely doctors ( who unfortunately left the practice)blood requests from last visit and told me I’d have to follow up with another doctor as she was leaving the practice. At no time was there any eye contact. I walked away disgusted and a waste of time. I had new concerns with my health that she totally disregarded. I feel sorry for wherever she practices next. Wollondilly medical centre has not lost anything with this rude, egocentric doctor leaving. I’m a nurse and would never treat my patients with this disregard.

I asked around for good female doctors and was told by many people to see Dr Allen. She definitely lived up to the good reviews. I didn't feel rushed, she explained everything and answered every question I had.Definitely would recommend.

Always a positive experience. Never experienced an overcrowded waiting room. Reception are friendly and efficient. Doctors take their time and are thorough and the nurses there are also excellent.
