We had booked a room at the penthouse for the New Years but we did not get the room that we booked initially. The rooms are filthy, the sheets are dirty. Appliances and furnitures are old and the lady at the reception is rude and argued with us. We wanted to leave and book for another place to stay but we were told we will not get a refund, leaving us no choice but to stay. I know sometimes it's hard to maintain the cleanliness and tidyness of the units but the reception lady's attitude towards us is unacceptable. She's daunting and made us very uncomfortable. You pay bucks to have a relaxing place to stay not for people to intimidate you.Our stay was a total disaster. Avoid this place.

We booked a two-bedroom penthouse and it was nothing like a penthouse! Considering how much we paid it was very disappointing. Restrict views (by a roof) over houses. The room was dark and needs freshening up. Old furnitures. The old-fashioned shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the wall need to go. We couldn't use what was in that. Excellent services from the owners and the lounge was spacious on the positive side. Plenty of parking.

The receptionist Danielle was lovely and we received great customer service. Our unit was spacious and affordable. I noticed the fan in the living room was dirty and the carpet had a few stains and wasn't vacuumed thoroughly. Apart from this, we would have rated it 5 stars.

Don is fantastic! Extremely friendly and professional. He was very happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms are lovely and spacious with everything you could possible need including a coffee machine. Breakfast was great too. So convenient having it in the building. They have a machine that makes pancakes, bacon, eggs and tomato along with all the normal continental stuff. This will certainly be our go-to place for Gladstone trips.

Much better than that I expected. Clean, quiet and equipped. Was in a nice location with a nice balcony view, 3mins drive to the walk track along the water, plenty of cafes and restaurants and was very close to the airport.

Check-in staff were rude and not at all welcoming. Insisted that I use the QR code scanner even though I did not have app downloaded and despite.....Use of the Check In Qld app is optional for customers. If you don’t use the app
