Horrible customer service! Three staff members stood behind the counter, staring me down as I entered the store. I had to greet" them to break their icy stares. It is not what I expect from Swarovski and is certainly not the experience I received just hours earlier at the Chermside store where they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful."

All the ladies working were lovely and made sure to point out new collections and sale items. Unfortunately I have forgotten the lady's name who served me but she was fantastic. She showed me pieces she thought I would like and helped match items, held great conversation and made me feel very comfortable.

I got served by Clare today and honestly I couldn’t believe how amazing her customer service was. I recommend going to this store out of many other stores but they’re pretty great across the board throughout Brisbane :-D

I went in on Black Friday and received some of the best service I have already had in a store. On a day where it’s crazy busy and you’d expect staff to be too busy but despite this, the girls in the store were lovely. My friend and I both agreed that this was some of the best service in the entire centre.

If you love rude, pushy, condescending sales staff, then this is definitely the store for you! Please choose very carefully, this boutique does not like to issue store credit vouchers. :(
