The Blue Removalists & Storage

Thanks to Michael for giving me great price for moving and storage it made my day.

Not a great experience, when I questioned the call out fee I didn't receive and asked to have it removed from my invoice, this was followed by 37 calls within a 15minute period. This behaviour felt manic, the service felt like harassment. I questioned the pervious rating on this site and can see these ratings are by the staff, makes sense. The night of the removal I was told the truck would be arriving several times (after I made the calls) and it was 2hrs late. The man running the company also sent an email to my work sharing personal details about my move and tried to justify there reason to billing me, these details were personal and sent to an info@ address. I personally would not recommend this service. I felt disappointed and uncomfortable.
