Staff here are always really friendly and happy to help. Basically your go to pet shop in the area for supplies for all animals from fish, reptiles to birds. There's a very big section of fishes and aquatic plants for fish enthusiasts. Would've been nice to see some more holistic and Super premium brands for dog and cat food though. They also have a large enclosure near the front and sometimes if lucky there may be a cat or two inside so it's great for kids and adults to meet one up front in person if interested in adopting. They also offer dog grooming services near the back section.

Great selection of tropical, marine and cold water fish at a reasonable price. They also stock a huge selection of coral.I don't have any other pets but when I browsed the store I noticed a large amount of things for dogs and cats.They also offer dog grooming on site

Very rude Unhelpful staff. Unwelcoming. Super cold and judgmental. Staff are Disinterested in engaging with customer’s questions. My questions were dismissed and treated as a joke.Making me feel very unwelcomed Don't bother asking professional questions here. They don't care.

$11 difference for 2kg bag of veta farm paradise pellets compared to other local pet shops -won’t be shopping here again .They praise themselves on being competitive-I think not !

Unreliable, unprofessional and RUDE employee groomer, Courtney at Broadmeadow PETQuarters…Courtney called Friday pm to cancel our dog’s Saturday am appointment. She said that the appointment is to go to a long term regular customer??!!Our family has supported Port Stephens PETQuarters for 12 years!! We will take our Groodle, Retreiver, Dachshund, Rogdoll’s business elsewhere. Rude, poor service is a pain in the proverbial, and my money is walking and not commin back!!!!

This store was so helpful for us after getting our new pup. Very friendly and welcoming. They answered all questions to the best of their ability and showed/ suggested things we get for a pup without being condescending or nasty like some other places. They also didn't show us ridiculously expensive things or expect us to spend more than we were hoping for. Great experience.
