Lovely stay, Julie even waited in the office for me as I arrived late, proceeded to arrange breakfast and altogether was super kind and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfy. Great stay all in all!

My preferred motel when in Blackwater. Fair price, tidy & comfortable rooms. Quiet. On the main road, you can't miss it. Walking distance to decent hotel for dinner & drinks, easy short drive to everything else.

Lauren is absolutely delightful, and went out of her way to make our last minute stay so comfortable and perfect. Rooms are spacious, clean, fresh and new with all the facilities you need and complimentary breakfast. I can ot fault this place. It is truly isuch a pleasure meeting someone with an abundance of kindness to make your room a home away from home. Thank you! We will be back.
