Great place to stay! Beautiful room, very comfy bed, lovely deck under the beautiful fig tree. If you are looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of life then this is the place to stay. New owners which are very friendly and helpful

Good stuff - Good location between Maleny and Montville.Room was clean, nice layout.Shower was hot.Gas log fire was lovely as it was cold this weekend.Can use pool at the clouds but that's a fair drive away.Check in was easy as long as you have internet access as you need to get a code for the lock box from your email.Not so good stuff - Can't use the bath as no plug for it or bathroom sink.No daily service which meant not enough tea/coffee/sugar. (Luckily I take spare everywhere).Car park may be tight if all rooms have bigger cars.No pool.Pillows were too soft but this is personal preference.

Most likely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The building is new and really clean and being furnished with really nice furniture! 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 2 living rooms and kitchens is amazing for a family of 4. Not to mention every room except the bathrooms have a Mini-split reverse cycle air conditioner! The bathrooms were packed full of hygiene products and the beds were made as of you were staying in a 5 star resort! I loved my stay here, would love to stay again in another building the facility holds.

Located just 15mins from Australia Zoo.Completely private and surrounded by nature. At night the gardens lit up and the sounds were just magical.Very neat and clean accommodation.I stayed in the rondaval and found it was very generous in size, ample kitchen amenities, deep bath, great shower pressure and comfy beds.I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area looking for a memorable experience.

I stayed in the “African Cottage” for two nights. It was nice, the rooms were spacious, with an aircon in each bedroom and one aircon downstairs. You have a nice view and are located in amongst the trees. There was also free toiletries and a variety of tea/coffee. The dishwasher works well however it comes with no tablets/powder.The cons; was not soundproof at all. Can hear the other people in their rooms despite being in a seperate building. The beds were hard, but if you like sleeping on the floor, then it will suit you. The bathroom and kitchen/bowls/plates etc. were dirty. We had to pre-wash the cutlery and plates before use. The tile splash back in the kitchen also had grease splatters on it. The wifi is also super slow, can’t watch Netflix on the TV without buffering every 5 minutes.

Bath tub and kitchen sink plug don't work. Dust in between slats. Mould in shower. Worst sofa I have ever sat on. The toilet roll holder is broken. The place needs a good clean.It's such a shame, great size room, great location. It feels like it is unloved.

Two of us stayed in the Congo which was really spacious. Had a little sofa area which is separate from the bedroom. We had a little heater and aircon. Clean, well presented room; booked in the day before and checking in was an easy process. Coffee/tea making facilities, plates, cutlery and microwave provided. Easy to spot while driving as it’s well lit up. BBQ spot at the back and a relaxing backyard. Free parking on spot.Downside is there was no remote control for the TV in the bedroom and no sink to wash the dishes.

We stayed with friends in The Rondavel cottage and it was perfect. Two oversize bedrooms provided ample room for 2 couples and small children who slept on blow up beds & travel cot. It was great to have a bath for the kids & two toilets. The kitchenette was stocked with everything we needed & the lounge and balcony area was comfortable & spacious.Thoroughly recommend as a base for Maleny or Montville as it's right between the two villages. We will definitely stay again.

Large bedroom and lounge area, but that’s where it ends. Place needs some maintenance with shower screen very loose, towel rail and toilet roll holder falling of the wall, flooring was covered in dust and looked like dog hair. Only one two seat fold out lounge that was like sitting on a steel bar. No TV in bedroom. Dining chairs wouldn’t sit a child. No AC in bedroom. The kettle was something you would buy from the Salvos. The plug in bathroom was stuffed and couldn’t fill the bath. Kitchen sink plug doesn’t hold water. Roll down blinds were all frayed and most of the sliding windows rollers need replacement. I could go on but a little TLC wouldn’t go astray. Car park is tight and quite noisy main road to Montville.
