Recent purchase Audi A1 for my daughter.Rabi the was salesperson. Promised lots delivered nothing . Car was filthy, said would be serviced, tyre needed replacement, 3 months rego was about 3 weeks and never lodged with service NSW almost resulting in vehicle not being registered.If you are buying here, look elsewhere . Typical sterotype used car dealers is the experience you gain here. Never shall return.anyreviews

Recently purchased a Mazda 3 from Wholesale Auto City and the transaction was pleasant throughout. Rabih and his team were fantastic and I felt looked after in how they fixed a few minor things before delivery. From the time I visited their business through to when I picked up the car the customer service level was very professional . I would recommend Wholesale Auto City if you are looking for a used car.

BE WARNED!!! DO NOT buy here! Think of the worst possible experience you can have with buying a used car. That is what you will get with these dodgy dealers. I have bought cars from dealers for years and never had a bad experience. These people are WELL KNOWN to Fair Trading. By all means buy a car from these DODGY dealers, if you want to spend the next few months of your life dealing with faulty vehicles and consumer redress through the Civil and Administrative Tribunal. I was sold a car with MAJOR problems that had been dodged up by this traders mechanics. I was then given the run around for weeks while the dealer continued to dodge up repairs. They sent me away with a car that was dodged up and unroadworthy. Putting mine and my children's life at risk! Not to mention the rest of the road users! I have now had to outlay THOUSANDS of dollars to fix the car. The dealer will give you the run around and their mechanics will NOT fix the issues- they just dodge repairs until you get worn down from constantly having to return the car to them. They are slimy and conniving and will say anything to get your money- once they have passed off their dodgy vehicle they will wipe their hands of you. They have ZERO integrity or regard for anything but getting their hands on your money. WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE!

This would have to be the most negative car buying experience we have ever had. From delivery being changed and delayed multiple times to the car being absolutely filthy inside and out when it finally arrived. Coffee had been thrown into the interior ceiling, grime on every surface and a a horrible smell we are still trying to get rid of. Unfortunately the problems didn't stop there. The sat nav/radio/car display that was advertised has never worked and the dealer has been impossible to contact about fixing it. The car came with an undisclosed significant coolant leak which will cost $2500 to fix. We bought their extended warranty which was completely useless and doesn't cover this. The staff have been incredibly unprofessional and unethical making promises they have no intention of keeping. Avoid buying a car from Wholesale Auto City at all costs!

Sent my Ute back for repair, been almost 7 weeks so far and no Ute far from a reasonable amount of time.Keep getting told that it has multiple issues and story changes from who you talk to about what work has been done.I have asked neuromas times for a loan car, replacement vehicle or full refund with cost of added extras, towing and parts replaced that I have paid for, all I get told is we are working on you vehicle and it will get done.I have submitted a letter of demand which has been ignored and have even been accused of lying by Dan himself.Today after getting upset Dan told me If you are going to have Attitude I'm not dealing with it" and hung up on me.I have lodged a Fair Trading Claim and recommend not dealing with this car yard

I bought a car with them in June. They send the car with a Form5 empty. They never did the letter of dispossal, so I couldn't change Rego. 7 months later (after a lot of hassling), a nice lady finally sent me the proper Form5 with my name and details of the sale. I got a fine for changing the rego late. The car was fairly OK. Although the engine starter started failing 2 weeks later and some weird noises in the radio from day 1 everytime I start the car. Even worse, the add on the website said the car was 2009, but it is 2008. 100% true story.

Pretty disappointing to be honest, I don’t like giving 1 star reviews, and I tried so hard to let this business resolve the errors, but they honestly couldn’t care less. Dan the salesman to completely ignores you, your emails and calls as soon as the purchase has been completed and your payment has been made- The 2011 Mitsubishi Triton Ute they delivered me to Mosman from Minchinbury was overheating before I even stepped foot in the vehicle. The needle was sitting on hot. I’ve tried so hard to resolve the issue and work on a solution to get the car repaired, only to have them completely ignore my calls. The only way i’ve been able to get through to them is by enquiring through carsales on a different vehicle, which means they can’t see who's calling so they answer that way. Otherwise they simply ignore all my phone calls and emails. In summary, the car was meant to have been “thoroughly workshop tested” which is one of the Main reasons I bought from a dealer and not privately. The car was obviously not checked at all and was faulty before I even got it. Now they’re trying to avoid me at all costs. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all, as many of the cars they sell aren’t checked or roadworthy, and more importantly they totally block you from contacting them once the sale is done. I’m not the kind of person to complain or whine but when the car I bought is overheating and unroadworthy before it's in my possession, then that is really bad on their behalf. The wheels are also different sizes on the car, the back left is totally different size to the other 3. How does this even happen?

What a great experience!! No appointments necessary and test driving was a breeze. Didnt feel hassled to buy. Jeff made us feel very comfortable, gave us his time and I bought a beautiful car at a good price. Highly recommended, could not have had a better purchase experience!

I can only speak to my own experience. I bought an x5 here. It went great. Love the car, no issues identified thus far. This dealer is responsive at all hours. Good prices, its a stall in a large wholesale lot so I'd infer overheads are comparatively low compared to dealers. Would buy again.Also, unrelated to the dealer and transaction, I do find it odd that so many 1 star reviews of this place are from accounts with only 1 review, no other activity... seems suss to me.

Numerous issues that where left out of the photos that where clear to the eye when opening.The only reason I purchased because a decent deal and I was in need of a carHowever the car never had checks done that should have been doneBeing told by 2 different men 2 different thingsReturning it to have the correct stop start battery put in when it wasn’t done in the first place should been my red flag!We where told to come back to have some things fixed that should have been fixed before sold but since been told no if it’s road worthy it’s road worthy even though break pads are torn and WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE FIXED AS THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE FIRST PLACE And now being told nope they can’t do anything for usDONT RECOMMENDED
