We've been coming here for years and even though we have a sick pet, both the let and I come away feeling better than we did when we went. All the staff are so genuinely caring and attentive. They really do love their animals here.

We are very fortunate to have such an amazing service near us. Availability and cost aside, the staff are always lovely to deal with and you get a sense of genuine care during the visit and their follow up calls

Thankyou so much for the care and compassion you showed when we lost our darling 15 year old cat Porchie on 28th September. Dakota was in constant contact with us regarding her health and procedures but in the end we couldn't save her. We are very happy with the lovely care she received in her final days. Thankyou for the beautiful card I received today. So lovely.

Just called to have my Jack Russels nails clipped and they want $50 for a 5 minute job. Absolutely disgusting.I used to take him locally in Mackay and the vet would charge me nothing. I would buy some treats as a thank you.I find this absolutely appalling

We can not speak more highly of this place and the wonderful staff. They are extremely knowledgeable, will treat your pet like their own (all whilst being reasonably priced). Because of this we have always been impressed with their service and drive past our local vet to use them. We recently took our much loved 15yr old shepherd here for her final goodbyes and we have been absolutely blown away with their service. From the first phone call, through to the moment we left we were treated with such a caring and compassionate attitude. On the day our old girl was comforted and treated with kindness whilst our family was afforded time and understanding. In the week following we received a card offering condolences, personally signed by all the staff- such a thoughtful touch from an amazing and sincere team that we highly recommend.

An incredible combined wealth of knowledge among the various team members and everyone is very dedicated to the health of the patient. Very happy having them in the area and I really hope the clinic will remain, despite different plans by UQ.
