It was an incredible experience dealing with Kay in building of our house since the day we bought the land. Kay went overboard in helping out in the purchase process of the land and then securing a deal for the construction. After the house was built it it was let out in no time by them. We were highly impressed with transparency and smooth process especially during covid. We highly recommend this business.

Like all other first home buyers, we also looked into so many different options, even our friends were skeptical about us going to a new builder. But when we met Kay for the first time we knew that he will be the one building our house. We went to Kay and Mark with a big wishlist and a tight budget, but they have helped us in making our dream come true and the house looks exactly the way we wanted it to be. The best part of working with Kay and Mark is that they understand your requirements very quickly and then give you suggestions on whether this will look good or not and stop you from overspending.It had been an awesome journey with Kay and Mark and although it took a long time in build due to covid, they were always there to answer all the querries that we had. Buying our First investment property through Smash Real estate was a hassle-free and rewarding experience. We were looking for an investment property under $500k in Mickleham and Kay from Smash Real Estate made it super simple. He gave us 3 quote options from different builders with their floor plans and inclusions. At first, we were hesitant and shopped around few displays and builders, but none could beat his prices and the value he was offering. We are very happy with our purchase and the experience. We chose Smash after shopping for 2 months with volume builders. If you’re looking for fix price build and a great value package- save your time and just go with them. We shopped around with many big names in the industry and were very disappointed of their hidden charges. One of our friends recommended Smash and after our first meeting we were convinced to go ahead with them. We have just moved in our new home and are very happy that we made the right decision.

Best value for First home buyers! We purchased a House and land package in Tarneit and are very happy with prices we got for land and our choice of Custom Build. Turnkey Inclusions we got in our package easily stood apart what many volume builders are offering at the moment- far better value and service. Kay helped us at every step and was always available even for our silly questions as we didn’t have much knowledge being a first home buyer. When we compared their quote and inclusions to others - it was very easy for us to choose them. Great service, outstanding value, highly recommended.

It's been a long wait to complete the house because of Covid restrictions and supply chain issues. But I am very happy that the build turned out very well. Thanks to Smash for doing a great job. Finally, I got my keys and will be moving in soon. It was great working with Smash, especially with Kay. He was very patient to answer all my questions and cater all my needs. Just let them know what you need and be specific on the upgrades so that there will be no miscommunication or confusion in between.All in all, I am a satisfied customer and I will definitely consider them again if I am ready to buy another home.
