Most disappointing service ever. I had asked for a simple video inspection and the employees failed to send a video through email for 2 weeks. I got answers like video is too big to send through" and they tried this for 3 days. Plus

The team at McPhail Wollongong have been amazing to work with over the last few years. The property management team are on the ball, always keeping my partner and I in the loop with our investment properties.
