I had my appointment with amy and she was extremely lovely :)

I placed an order over the phone Tuesday 7/10. I ordered several products. I spoke with the lovely Amy who was very helpful. My products were shipped within an hour they were very well packed. The parcel arrived this morning sent via Australia Post. 10/9I was appreciative of the help and quick dispatch and would recommend phoning or ringing Beauty Grace to order their products.

I have been a regular at Beauty Grace for the past couple of years and highly recommend it for their customer service and quality offering. I have been undergoing laser hair reduction and the staff have been very careful and respectful with my body, taking care to make sure I was not in too much discomfort or pain. I appreciate the transparency and the knowledge of the staff with every appointment. I especially recommend Corinne - she is amazing! Also, the manager Emmy looked after me well, offering a special deal for my loyalty. The prices are not cheap but they do provide discounts for repeat customers and if you are after quality service and professional care, then every dollar spent is well worth it!

Went to get earpierced done for my baby. Clean studio, professional staff. The service done very quickly and i am one happy customer!

I needed a last minute Brazilian sugaring appointment and they were able to fit me in within two days. My therapist was Amy and she was wonderful! Best waxing appointment I’ve ever done and very minimal pain! The whole experience was comfortable and I’ll definitely be returning :) couldn’t recommend it more!

I don't understand why some of these reviews are so harsh, for I had a lovely time. Just got my first ever ear piercing here at Beauty Grace, was a great experience. Despite arriving minutes before their closing time, the ladies working there were extremely warmhearted and polite. When having my ear pierced, my therapist was patient and even measured my ears with a rulr to make sure the dots were even. It was very hygienic, and the place was clean. Won't refrain from telling my friends about this place.
