Very happy with the quality and power of the x-9000 controller paired with ebmx batttery.As fun as the surron is, the power kit gives it the moto feel and smile with you twist the throttleEasy install and the crew is very quick to reply to questions.

Long overdue to have a EBike shop and service centre the caliber of this one. Took my 2 bikes in at 10-30am and had them back by 3 pm. Insanely good service and they kept me informed all the way. So impressed with EBMX I got them to build me a beautiful fat tyre Ebike and what a bike it is. Lightweight and powerful and just perfect for riding off road.

I can’t say enough about what a help Matt at EBMX has been! He helped me out after my Sur Ron started spinning backwards, and got me able to ride, and knew it was a band-aid fix until my new motor arrived and Matt got everything back to perfect after I’d installed it! I’m always going to recommend EBMX!

I ordered the BAC8000 and the 72v battery and this kit is awesome! If you're unsure which kit to get, do yourself a favor and go with this combo. This system runs cooler and gives you more power than you could ever need. The Bruno Poweeer tune is the best tune I have seen for these bikes. With the 5 power levels, level 1 (20% of max power) is about equal to a stock Sur Ron, level 3 is amazing on the trails, and level 5 is never ending smiles on the track and high speed road runs. Before I ordered, I had so many questions and the crew at EBMX were quick to answer all my questions and super helpful. Their knowledge and passion for these bikes come through when you speak to them, and makes the whole experience a joy! I highly recommend EBMX!!!

Definitely worth a visit, these guys are experts at what they do! I've had small issues with the first bike i bought (i somehow put water in the controller), my advice is do your research first so you know what to do and not to do with Electric bikes when you're a newbie :) But the guys are pretty busy up there (because they're good..) yet do their best to provide good customer service which is why i bought a second bike from them, and sent friends over as well ! Do your research these guys are pioneers and some of the best in the world here in Australia, you can't go wrong !

The entire team is great!! I just purchased the new 60v 53ah ebmx battery for my x260.Matt tuned it for the 12kw tune almost immediately after I called and asked to schedule it. So fast and friendly! The tune is incredible!! The bike rips!! You can hear the passion in there conversations....Awesome!!Tony V.

Thanks EBMX! I wanted a Surron build to suit trail riding and EBMX delivered! This bike is super stable and fast in the bush, 27.5 front wheel and suspension is fantastic and with the battery upgrade has great range. Highly recommend EBMX
