SNS Nails Burnside

My last two experiences were less than ideal. Today I called ahead but when I arrived I was told they didn’t have time despite calling and asking first and the store being empty.

I wanted nice nail polish before going on holidays, booked over the phone at 4pm on Sunday. Place was busy but unfortunately I got a lady Sophie who appeared rather wanting to be somewhere else. I should have left. No eye contact. The pedicure had a weird sequence, buffer at the end once the water was out. She kept picking at my skin around my big toe for ages, I had to ask her to stop. As a result Im on holidays with sore toe, that is cut and appeared to be red looking like infected. The whole pedicure was disaster. The nail polish lasted 1 day. I asked about the uneven look of the nail polish but was told that it is the yellow colour..well why do you offer it then?? At the check out I was over charged and when I mentioned it I was given $10 back in cash. Some of the other staff looked friendly so I might have been unlucky, however, I will never go back. Waste of time and money.

I went there at 2 pm and my nails was not done till 5 pm even though i have an appointment at 2.The girl who did my nails hurt me 2 times while filling the nails and blood oozes out and she keeps on doing that for the whole time. I felt like a torture going there and came out crying. Didnt have the nail colour which i wanted and after asking for 4th time, i was able to get a colour of my choice. The girl was so unkind and deliberately cut the length of the fake nail tip to such a length that it doesn't even look like acrylics have been done. So rough handling of the customers.No one should go there as i was so over charged with the crapiest thing.

Just had the best mani and pedicure I’ve ever had. Look the place is a bit run down and could benefit from a deep clean and some decluttering BUT they were not busy and I got a deluxe pedicure including wax and about 1/2 an hour of massage and shellac refills for $110. Parking behind. They’re even putting in a coffee bar, if the tradie ever gets there.

AVOID.AVOID.AVOID this business. It’s a complete rip off. Took my 8 and 10 year old children for a mani & pedi as a pre-Christmas treat. They upsold to my children during their experience, even though I had specified the services we wanted when we walked in (ie basic mani and pedi with normal polish). We were charged $75 per person, even though we all had different services, totalling $225! Although I debated the price, they were adamant that the deluxe had been approved. Most expensive and regrettable nail experience we have ever had, especially as most of the polish has chipped off only 1 day later. Will never go back.

The woman doing the pedicure talked all the way through to her work colleagues and didn't even look at my ties as she buffed them, certainly wasn't like any deluxe pedicure I've had before. Toe nails crooked, no service at all.

I called to book for a pedi Thursday before Easter holiday.I was told there is a 20% off today.& when I went the girl asked me if I’d like to do exfoliating I said NO normal pedi.Then when I came to check out. She charged me for exfoliating & when I told her I didn’t ask for it I was told but the girl did it!!!! I was like whattt!!!Then I was charged the normal price without any discount as been mentioned on the phone.Not mentioning how terrible is the pedi!Never back!

I’d like to start off by saying I normally rave to everyone about how much I love this store but today when I went in was appalling. I booked in for two manicure and petticures and from the second i walked in they had no idea about the booking, we’re understaffed and the staff that we’re there were on personal calls, we got over charged from what we were priced, they got both of our nails wrong and weren’t hospitable about it at all. Honestly I’m so disappointed and I won’t be coming back.

Attention to detail. There is nowhere else that I would get my nails done. The salon staff are friendly and professional. The salon is clean and well appointed. The colours available are varied and extensive. As I sat with my cup of green tea next to me, I completely relaxed, knowing that my nails would be done as expected. My long SNS nails are perfect!

Was charged $170 for two deluxe pedi with shellac and to file off old nail polish.Not a luxury experience so I don’t understand the price tag.
