very hard to get hold of . Once I was able to get hold of Heelers. FINALLY . Was told they were able to do the work . Knowing it was a birthday present . She sent me her email address and I sent her everything via email that she required . Never heard from her again . Needless to say my daughter didnt recieve her birthday present as I had to go source the same thing I ordered from Heelers elesewhere .Would not recommend Heelers at all for anything . If you do oreder from them make sure you have a back up plan elsewhere.
