Acacia Ridge Tyrepower

Best mechanics as well as tyre specialists. I have my 4WD serviced by the Acacia Ridge Crew, 4 times per year. The service provided is fantastic and the quality of their workmanship is by far the best I’ve experienced.I also highly rate the brand of tyres they stock. The Maxxis tyres I’ve had fitted are awesome and absolutely do the job in all weather conditions. I drive approx. 40,000km per year and I feel safe knowing these guys make sure my car is always running at its best.

Perfect customer service.Had a poor wheel balance from a different tyre shop near by but tyrepower fixed the issue straight away. I am so glad I found that place.Very friendly people. Explained everything and taking the time.Just can recommend this wonderful family business.See you next time :)

I've experienced the worst service ever from this place had to come in 3 separate times for the same issue the owner has broken parts off my car and refused to pay for it. Got a abusive phone call from him saying just come and pick my car up and f off. This is by far the worst service I've ever had will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. Do yourself a favour everyone and avoid this place be careful guys.place Craig is the owner and is by the worst business owner I've met.

I Walked in, lady at the counter was so rude to me. I was told my car would be done by a certain time and instead of giving me call letting me know before I come pick it up I’ve had to wait over n hour pathetic.

Amazing service!!! happy with them taking the time helping me on what mags and wheels to get on my rig …. Fast turn around with fitting and alignment.. only tyre shop I will GO TOO!!!! Great prices.$$

Very unprofessional and unorganised people. I took my car for service last Monday before 10am, I went to take the car and it was not fixed yet, I got it around 5pm. My car spent more than 7 hours at their place but they didn't even fix it properly, it is still has a problem. There is a very rude lady who works at the reception, she doesn't know how to communicate with customers effectively. I will take my car to another place in the future. I received poor customer service at Acacia RidgeTyrepower and will not go back to them even though their place is closer to where I live. So disappointed!!
