If you DO NOT want your home to be built on time, VOGUE Home is the right choice for you. However, if timely completion of your home is important to you, VOGUE Home is not the best choice. They are not transparent and fail to keep you updated on the progress. You will also never get the chance to speak with their manager, who is always in meetings. The only thing you can do is waiting they contact you when they are in the good mood.

From the first meeting with Nathan in Sales at Vogue Homes, we knew we were in safe hands. His knowledge, expertise and willingness to support us in our planning stage was exceptional - this was so important to us. Graet advice provided and he provides with the time spent with us talking through ideas and the process.Kathleen, Vogue Homes colour consultant, was also just as accommodating and really knew her products, which builds confidence and guided us in what we were choosing.Michael the owner, treats you like your are an old family friend, and always willing to help as well.Customer service is so important and Vogue homes were excellent and very engaging.

After meeting with a few different builders, I decided to go with Vogue for my new build. Mainly because all the builders I approached could only offer their own designs that didn’t suit my block of land.first point of contact, dealt with Nathan in Sales who was great and very approachable. We nutted out a custom design in under an hour that I was super happy with and they were able to accommodate within my budget.Nathan was professional, helpful and was very responsive with updates. Planning stage to tender stage was a quick process considering all this occurred during Covid lockdown stage.Elly was also a pleasure to deal with, didn’t have any issues at all during pre-construction with Vogue she is very responsive and helpful.There were a few supply chain delays (due to covid) but my building Supervisor Benji went above and beyond during the whole build and was able to complete handover on the date expected.As a first time builder this was all a new experience for me. Vogue made the process seamless and stress free. I could not be happier with the end result and quality of my home. Highly recommend!

There were delays and issues during the process but overall I was happy with the build. Many thanks to William who has been very responsive and accomodating with us. Vogue homes is lucky to have him on board.As a first time homeowner, I honestly, did not pay much attention to details which made me regret the layout of my home. There were too many rooms which led to my kitchen and living area to be too small for our needs. I should have made more upgrades because now I have to spend more to achieve the space I needed.

Very Poor After Sales service to begin with. Been chasing to fix the identified issues for over 5 months now without so much as an acknowledgement of receipt. Reception tells me every time that issues will be address and someone will call back without any follow up after that.Build Quality. Its ok in most places but looks like there was no thought process when designing the accompanying things such as plumbing etc. e.g. the plumbing access point placed right in front of the back yard door, and then the back yard door opening right on the very space! at least the 3 sliding doors could have been reversed around. Placing an outdoor tap right in front of the Granny Flat entrance, while no outdoor tap for the main house at the side. Seems like the Plumber was just told the number of taps to place without any design consideration.Not happy!

Built a 4br 3th with Vogue Homes during covid time, not many defects after handover, very minor stuff that do not require immediate attention. Labor shortage was also a factor that caused delay post handover maintenance works.The build supervisors were very responsive and accomodating of my personal requests.One of them is a lookalike of Michael Buble!

I can only post about the experience I have had - unfortunately their post-build defect support has not been adequate. We have a leaking roof which has not been resolved for 12 months, is still outstanding and is now affecting our rental income. They have made some efforts through the year, but clearly supporting the defects of a build are not their priority. I have had to lodge this with NSW Fair Trading, as we have no confidence of when this will be resolved and the leak is still present in our living room.I am more than happy to update this post with more positive feedback, once it is fixed.

The team at Vogue have been amazing with our first home build! We have received genuine support, guidance and attentive care from Elly who has helped to walk us through each step to make this confusing process so much easier. We really appreciate the time and effort she provides in answering questions, chasing up queries and quick responses. Couldn't ask for a better service especially for our first build!

Currently I am just very scared as I am about to start building with Vogue. After reading these reviews, my fears are if I have gotten myself into trouble or I might be one of the lucky ones. The issues mentioned here are very sad and deeply concerning. Vogue this is a plea that you up your game and not cause people so much pain. Building is expensive especially with the increasing interest rates, put your house in order and stop causing people and families' pain! Please talk to your builders to start doing a better job than what I am hearing here, an NDA is not the best way to handle complaints.

The team at vogue all conducted themselves with professionalism. They provided attention to detail and ensured us as customers were briefed throughout process. The exceptional quality of work provided by all the vogue tradespeople was completed to a high standard. Many thanks vogue.
